I’m Katy O’Hara. I am a writer and editor who has worked in digital media, magazine, and book publishing for eight years. While I love the editing and writing process, it’s the strategy behind the development that makes me tick.

I’ve written evergreen content, quick turnaround news and trending content, and researched and conducted intensive testing for review-based articles. I’ve created and edited content across mediums, from SEO-driven digital content to whacky kids’ podcast scripts to educational activities for kids such as kitchen activities, word scrambles, card games, and I’ve edited multiple cookbooks.

I’ve worked at major media companies, regional magazines, and publishing houses from indies publishing two titles a year to prestigious art book publishers to the second-largest book publisher in the country.
